This is a great series of classes for those exploring their sensitivities or who just want to find out what skills they may have. It is a multi cultural circle. You don’t have a drum? Come anyway, there are always extras. Share your heartbeat in a safe, fun, and healing environment it is very good for your health. It is thought that other Healing disciplines such as Chi Gong, Therapeutic Touch, Tuning forks, etc. We want to remind you that it is not necessary to be a Master in any such discipline. The purpose is to practice. Please come join us. We appreciate any who wish to participate and hope you will ask your friends to come and be with us. A “Love” donation is asked from those being helped, but not required. 2nd & 4th Thursday: Toastmasters International Club name: "Diamonds in the Rough", 7-8:30 pm Feeling some nervousness before giving a speech is natural and healthy. 	Upcoming Events: Annual Silver Creek Falls Retreat August 6,7, & 8th. Hi Everyone! Even if you don’t plan to stay the night at the retreat we hope you will join us for the day and participate with the activities, meals, and Sunday church service. Friday ~ Get to know you activity and Talent Show Saturday ~ Yoga, meditation, workshops, reiki treatments, card readings, swimming, resting, hiking and more. Sunday ~ Early morning meditation, healing service, and Church Service If you plan to be there during a meal period please contact Marie at: lifeisgood.ml@gmail.com or call at 503.931.6362. The food is great and it is fun to sit with old and new friends cafeteria/family style. Sunday morning church service will not be at the H.O.M.E. Center, it will be at Silver Creek Falls Conference Center on August 8th. Please come and join us there.
