Freedom

This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by Lech Walesa, “I don’t demand equality, I expect it.” When we go forth in expectation and practice, we manifest that which is truly in our hearts. If we walk in wisdom, we begin to experience a world where we understand that the only limitation we can ever encounter is the thoughts we think. This month, I encourage you to take time to be in mindfulness, to walk gently with yourself and others. And most of all, I encourage you to remember who you are—Creator experiencing Itself in the myriad of souls. How could you ever be anything but free and creative?
