Rev. Joe's words for July

This month of July, we celebrate Independence day.  We all know the history of what makes this day special in the history of this great nation of ours. No need to go into that again.  This year, along with celebrating our country's Independence, why not choose to be independent from something in the past; some old thought, self-perception, idea about your self that is no longer serving you.  I am sure that each one of us can think of something.  Just think of one thought that you are holding on so tightly.

With each exploding firework that you see, picture that old concept exploding and then vanishing up in the sky.  It works!
